Panning in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
An easier navigation method for panning around your pictures
After using Windows XP for the past 6 years I was surprised when I noticed this shortcut for panning around pictures in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
Instead of using the scrollbar or the arrow keys when you've zoomed in on your picture you can use the mouse!
Simply hold down the CTRL key and then click and drag the mouse in the direction you want to move to navigate around the canvas.
